If you have a problem with any of the plants on or around your lot, or if you want to report a problem with the irrigation system, such as no water, or a leak, or if you have questions about recent service or future schedules, please call Community Manager John Wahman: 623-877-1396.

We recommend you consider using the Landscape Maintenance Request Form.  There is a customized form available for each floor plan and configuration.

If you want to request new plants or plant replacement, please consult the Tatum Village Approved Plant List.  The members of the Landscape Development Committee will be glad to help you select plants from the list that are best suited for the location you have in mind.

PATIOS

Homeowners have the option of having their patios cleaned by the landscapers or doing it themselves. Homeowners who choose to do it themselves must complete a Limit Patio Access Request Form.  They are then given a ring to place on their patio gate alerting the landscaper’s employees not to enter the patio.
